As I sat, after practicing, focusing on my breath, the mantra that came into my mind was “om shanti.” So I repeated Shanti several times internally, then outloud as well. It felt right. Afterward, I looked it up, and found this interesting site, that explains the mantra very well: wildmind. I really liked the site and plan to explore it more, and do some more reading. I think it’s better to repeat a mantra that just popped into my head, rather than something I looked up and picked.
